职位描述

1）Position Major Responsibilities / 主要职责

1. Responsible to promote KSB specification to key planners in industry water treatment market, including technical proposal, feasibility report support, etc. so that KSB is preferred by the key planners.

为了达到设计院首选KSB目的，负责向关键设计院推行工业水处理市场KSB的技规，包括技术方案、可行性报告支持等。

2. Participate in the company related marketing activities, and promote company products from a professional perspective.

参与公司相关市场营销活动，从专业角度推广公司产品。

3. Prepare for quotations and bidding documents of Key projects, and participate in relevant clarification work.

准备关键项目的报价及投标文件，参与相关澄清工作。

4. Participate in key project contract negotiation, discuss with sales engineer, planners and customers about details of technology, products, applications and system, etc.

参与关键项目合同谈判，与销售工程师、设计院和客户一起讨论决定技术，产品、应用和系统的细节条款。

5. Complete the internal order contract approval process, assist contract execution department to start the contract and hold the start meeting for key projects.

完成关键项目的内部订单及合同审批流程，协助合同执行部门启动合同及开工会议。

6. Provide advice on the company's product development, and participate in related work.

对公司产品开发提供建议并参与相关工作。

7. Report to the company about a variety of information on the market and comprtitors in a timely manner.

及时向公司报告各种市场信息及竞争对手信息。

8. Provide the professional training of industry water treatment applicatioin & products interally and exteranally. Technically to support, guide the LPS and local RAC for industry water treatment application (transport and treatment（Electronic and non-Electronic).

为内部和外部提供专业的工业水处理方面培训，提供技术支持，指导LPS和当地RAC在工业水处理应用(电子及非电子)。

9. As part of global BD team, to support the global business development projects and lead the Project Development in China.

作为全球BD的一部分，支持全球业务发展业务和引领本地项目开发。

10. Other temporary assignments by the superior.

完成领导交办的其他临时任务。

11. Be responsible the sales work in East for the KA 负责华东地区部分水处理大客户的销售业务

2） Position Special Responsibilities / 特殊职责

High-quality contact negetiation and contract quality management ability.

高质量合同谈判及合同质量管理能力。

任职要求

1) Education Experience & Certificates / 教育经历 & 证书要求

Bachlor degree or above in Mechanics or Hydraulic Machinery major.

具有机械或水利机械专业大学本科或以上毕业学历。

Well knownology of industry water treatment process and the pump in the process

熟悉工业水处理工艺及过程中泵的使用

2) Working Experience / 工作经验

8+ sales technical support experience in international pump industry or system designing experice in municipal water designing institutes in China; 5+ office sales technical support team management related working experience.

具有8年以上中国泵业或其它机械行业的销售技术支持经验以及5年以上办事处销售技术支持团队管理相关工作经历。

3) Professional skill & Special skill / 专业技能和特殊技能要求

1. Good command of computer operation.

优秀的计算机应用能力。

2. Good project management ability.

良好的项目管理能力。

3. Fluent English Skills.

英语流利。

4) Defined Competencies / 素质要求
