Event & User Operations & UX Manager/Deputy Senior Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Offline Experience & Test-drive Operations

Plan and execute test-drive events, experience days, roadshows, pop-ups, and store activities.

Ensure XPENG-standard experience flows with distributor teams.

2. Track event ROI and user conversion data.

User Operations & Community Building

Build and manage XPENG user communities on WhatsApp, offline clubs, and online platforms.

Manage referral programs, loyalty programs, and owner-generated content initiatives.

Support collaboration with charging partners and experience centers.

3. Customer Experience (CX/UX)

Gather feedback across the full user journey: test-drive, purchase, delivery, ownership.

Identify local customer pain points and propose improvements.

Support creation of local experience SOPs.

4. Marketing & Content Integration

Turn event and user moments into content assets for social media and PR.

Work closely with distributor marketing teams.

5. Data & Reporting

Track acquisition, retention, event participation, NPS, and satisfaction.

Produce user insights and monthly reports.

Job Requirements:

1. 2–6 years of experience in event operations, car test drive events, user operations, or experience management.

2. Experience in the automotive or consumer technology industries is preferred.

3. Familiar with Brazilian user behavior and local social media platforms.

4. Fluent in English or Chinese speaking skills are a plus.

5. Possesses cross-cultural communication and project management skills.
