光模块工程经理

职位描述

1. 审核生产部年度的人力、设备成本预算及场地规划；负责公司产品制造成本、物资采购成本的控制与管理；

2. 制定和完善生产品质标准并监督产品TQM的执行状况；

3. 审核生产部人员绩效考核数据，平衡在职人员的薪资结构以确保生产部人员的稳定性；

4. 制定与优化生产加工工艺规程确保生产、品质高效运行；

5. 组织制定和完善员工奖惩激励机制，确保生产正常有序进行；

6. 评估生产人力与产能分析做好应变方案；

7. 组织排查生产安全隐患，监督管理相关人员的改善、跟进工作；

1. Review the annual manpower, equipment cost budget and site planning of the Production Department; be responsible for the control and management of the company’s product manufacturing cost and material procurement cost.

2. Formulate and improve production quality standards, and supervise the implementation status of product TQM (Total Quality Management).

3. Review the performance appraisal data of production staff, balance the salary structure of on-site employees to ensure workforce stability in the Production Department.

4. Develop and optimize production processing procedures to ensure efficient operation of production and quality control.

5. Organize the establishment and improvement of employee reward, punishment and incentive mechanisms to guarantee normal and orderly production.

6. Evaluate production manpower and conduct capacity analysis, and prepare contingency plans.

7. Organize inspections of potential production safety hazards, supervise and follow up on improvement actions by relevant personnel.

任职要求

1. 通信工程、光信息科学与技术、光通信、电子信息技术等相关专业，本科及以上学历；

2. 5年以上光通信产品经验，2年以上高速率产品生产经验；

3. 英语四级以上，具有良好的听、说、读、写能力，英语可以作为工作语言；

4. 拥有丰富的生产管理协调经验，熟悉光通信行业的生产流程；

5. 熟悉生产规程以及质量标准，具备良好的生产经营管理理念；

6. 熟悉生产环节各工序的加工制造工艺，对研发设计能提出建设性的意见；

7. 具备较强的团队管理能力；

8. 能承受一定的工作压力；能适应海外出差工作需要；

9. 有较好的沟通、组织协调能力、条理清晰、责任心强，富有工作激情；

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Communication Engineering, Optical Information Science and Technology, Optical Communication, Electronic Information Technology or related disciplines.

2. Over 5 years of experience in optical communication products, including at least 2 years of production experience for high-speed products.

3. CET-4 or above, with good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; able to use English as a working language.

4. Extensive experience in production management and coordination; familiar with production workflows in the optical communication industry.

5. Familiar with production procedures and quality standards, equipped with sound production and operation management concepts.

6. Knowledgeable about manufacturing processes of each production procedure, and capable of providing constructive suggestions for R&D design.

7. Strong team management capabilities.

8. Able to work under pressure and available for overseas business trips.

9. Good communication, organization and coordination skills; logical thinking, strong sense of responsibility and passion for work.
