光模块产品工程师

职位描述

1. 参与新产品开发与测试验证，过程中关注和实现产品可制造性、可测试性及可靠性；主导完成新产品制造导入；

2. 开展过程工艺质量控制，持续改进和优化过程质量控制和测试方法，保证产品制造质量，提升测试效率；

3. 建议并持续完成业务过程文档，指导系统集成过程测试工作；

4. 识别测试设备优化点并实施改进，定期维修和保养测试设备，并保证设备工具等的可用性；

5. 参与制定项目计划，协调测试资源，实施项目集成，与外部力量协同完成项目交付；

6. 参与客户对系统的厂验，解答客户疑问，确保厂验顺利完成；

1. Participate in new product development and test verification. Focus on and achieve product manufacturability, testability and reliability throughout the process; lead the manufacturing introduction of new products.

2. Carry out process quality control, continuously improve and optimize process quality control and test methods to ensure product manufacturing quality and enhance test efficiency.

3. Propose and continuously maintain business process documents, and guide system integration testing activities.

4. Identify optimization opportunities for test equipment and implement improvements; perform regular maintenance and upkeep of test equipment to ensure availability of equipment and tools.

5. Take part in project planning, coordinate test resources, execute project integration, and collaborate with external parties to complete project delivery.

6. Participate in customer factory acceptance tests (FAT) for the system, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure smooth completion of FAT.

任职要求

1. 通信工程、光信息科学与技术、光通信、电子信息技术等相关专业，本科及以上学历，专业知识扎实；

2. 3年以上光模块产品经验，1年以上800Gbps速率以上产品大批量经验，有大型企业工作经历者优先；

3. 熟悉光模块产品测试验证、生产调试、系统测试等相关工作，熟练使用各类光学仪表或设备；

4. 英语四级以上，具有良好的听、说、读、写能力；

5. 逻辑清晰，良好的沟通能力，团队协作能力；学习能力强，动手能力强，工作踏实；责任心强，个性开朗，诚实守信，积极主动；

6. 能承受一定的工作压力；能适应海外出差工作需要；

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Communication Engineering, Optical Information Science and Technology, Optical Communication, Electronic Information Technology or related fields, with solid professional knowledge.

2. Over 3 years of working experience in optical module products, and at least 1 year of mass production experience for products with rate ≥800Gbps. Candidates with experience in large enterprises are preferred.

3. Familiar with optical module test verification, production debugging, system testing and other related work; proficient in using various optical instruments and equipment.

4. CET-4 or above, with good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

5. Clear logical thinking, good communication and teamwork skills; strong learning ability and hands-on capability, pragmatic working attitude; high sense of responsibility, outgoing personality, integrity and self-motivation.

6. Able to work under pressure; available for overseas business trips.
