Field Service Engineering

职位描述

1. You will complete on-site installation/commissioning of GIS products and on-site training for customers independently;

2. You will implement safety rules, safety practices and environmental responsibilities, and report unsafe practices and behavior;

3. You will compile the project implementation plan and organize the site work according to the plan content;

4. You will provide project site plan and reach agreement with customers;

5. You will share product knowledge and experience with colleagues actively, be honest, serious, responsible and work as a team to improve the project one-time pass rate;

6. You will complete the development and implementation of equipment maintenance plan according to customer needs;

7. You will provide suggestions for product and quality improvement proactively;

8. You will understand the project technical contract service contents, identify service risks and opportunities;

9. You will abide by the company's rules and regulations strictly, and implement the work arranged by the company unconditionally;

10. You will practically apply digital tools and data to support customer interactions, service execution, and issue resolution.

11. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

任职要求

1.Electrical engineering bachelor graduate;

2.Have good practical ability and careful attitude to work, willing to study technology; with good teamwork and communication skills.

3.Be good at listening、speaking、reading、writing in English
