任职要求

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Data Analysis:</strong></p><ul><li>Extract, process, and analyze large datasets from our data warehouse using SQL and Python.</li><li>Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and diagnose business problems.</li></ul><p><strong>Business Insight Generation:</strong></p><ul><li>Partner closely with local Singapore teams (Supply, Operations, Marketing) and global HQ teams to understand business needs and provide data-backed recommendations.</li><li>Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. </li><li>Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives.</li></ul><p><strong>BI Product Contribution:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with the central teams to improve analytical models and products, ensure data quality, and advocate for the analytical needs of the Singapore business.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Education:</strong> </p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, Analytics, or a related quantitative field.</li></ul><p> <strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>2-5 years of proven experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role. </li><li>Must have: Solid experience in commercial/business analysis, preferably within the consulting firm or E-commerce industries. A strong understanding of business drivers and metrics is essential.</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Skills (Must-have):</strong></p><ul><li>Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and manipulation.</li><li>Understanding of statistical concepts and strong capability in mathematics.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with Python and advanced analytics (e.g., regression, decision tree, clustering, time series &amp; forecasting, etc.) will be a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Language Skills (Critical):</strong></p><ul><li>Business-fluent proficiency in English &amp; Chinese is required for seamless communication with local teams and analysis of local market nuances.</li><li>Professional working proficiency in English &amp; Chinese is required for communication with the global HQ team and documentation.</li></ul><p><strong>Personal Attributes:</strong></p><ul><li>Passionate about data science and the power of data to solve real-world business problems.</li><li>Genuine interest in and curiosity about the travel and hotel industry.</li><li>Excellent logical, structured, and analytical thinking skills.</li><li>Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul><p><br></p>
