任职要求

<p>【岗位职责】</p><ol><li>主导复杂业务场景的前端技术方案设计，负责核心模块 / 系统的架构设计与实现，保障系统的可扩展性与稳定性；</li><li>深入优化 React 技术栈性能，解决大型应用中的性能瓶颈（如渲染优化、包体积优化、首屏加载优化等）；</li><li>推动前端工程化体系升级，包括构建工具优化、自动化测试（Jest/Cypress）落地、技术规范制定与推广；</li><li>主导地图相关核心功能开发，如大规模 POI 数据可视化、实时轨迹展示、地理空间分析等，对接地图 SDK 并解决复杂地图交互问题；</li><li>负责跨端架构设计与技术选型，基于 React Native/Taro 等框架搭建多端统一解决方案，提升开发效率与体验一致性；</li><li>指导初级开发工程师，参与代码评审，推动团队技术能力提升；</li><li>跟踪前端前沿技术（如 SSR/SSG、微前端、WebAssembly 等），并结合业务场景落地应用。</li></ol><p>【任职要求】</p><ol><li>本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5 年以上前端开发经验，至少 2 年以上 React 技术栈主导开发经验，有大型 Web 应用（DAU 10 万 +）架构设计经验者优先；</li><li>必须深入理解 React 底层原理（虚拟 DOM、 Fiber 架构、Diff 算法等），精通状态管理、路由设计及复杂组件通信方案；</li><li>精通前端性能优化方法论，有大型应用性能调优成功案例，熟悉 Chrome DevTools 等调试工具；</li><li>熟悉前端工程化全流程，能独立搭建前端脚手架、设计模块化架构，有微前端 / 跨端架构设计经验者优先；</li><li><strong>优先项</strong>：</li><li>主导过地图相关项目开发，深度使用过 Mapbox GL JS、百度/谷歌地图 SDK 等工具，解决过大规模地理数据渲染、复杂地图交互等问题；</li><li>主导过跨端项目（React Native/Taro）从 0 到 1 搭建，能解决跨端兼容性、性能损耗等核心问题；</li><li>具备技术前瞻性，能主动识别技术风险并提出解决方案，有团队管理或技术带教经验者优先；</li><li>良好的沟通协调能力与项目推动能力，能在复杂业务场景中平衡技术与业务目标。</li></ol><p><br></p><p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead the design of front-end technical solutions for complex business scenarios, take charge of the architectural design and implementation of core modules/systems, and ensure the scalability and stability of the system.</li><li>Deeply optimize the performance of the React technology stack, and solve performance bottlenecks in large-scale applications (such as rendering optimization, bundle size optimization, first-screen loading optimization, etc.).</li><li>Promote the upgrade of the front-end engineering system, including build tool optimization, implementation of automated testing (Jest/Cypress), and formulation and promotion of technical specifications.</li><li>Lead the development of map-related core functions, such as large-scale POI data visualization, real-time trajectory display, geospatial analysis, etc., connect with map SDKs, and solve complex map interaction problems.</li><li>Be responsible for cross-end architecture design and technology selection, build a unified multi-end solution based on frameworks such as React Native/Taro, and improve development efficiency and experience consistency.</li><li>Guide junior developers, participate in code reviews, and promote the improvement of the team's technical capabilities.</li><li>Track cutting-edge front-end technologies (such as SSR/SSG, micro-frontend, WebAssembly, etc.) and implement them in combination with business scenarios.</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related majors, with more than 5 years of front-end development experience and at least 2 years of experience leading development with the React technology stack. Priority is given to candidates with architectural design experience in large-scale Web applications (DAU 100,000+).</li><li>Must have a deep understanding of React's underlying principles (Virtual DOM, Fiber architecture, Diff algorithm, etc.), and be proficient in state management, routing design, and complex component communication solutions.</li><li>Proficient in front-end performance optimization methodologies, with successful cases of performance tuning for large-scale applications, and familiar with debugging tools such as Chrome DevTools.</li><li>Familiar with the entire front-end engineering process, able to independently build front-end scaffolding and design modular architectures. Priority is given to candidates with micro-frontend/cross-end architecture design experience.</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Led the development of map-related projects, extensively used tools such as Mapbox GL JS, Baidu/Google Maps SDK, and solved problems such as large-scale geospatial data rendering and complex map interactions.</li><li>Led the from-scratch construction of cross-end projects (React Native/Taro) and can solve core issues such as cross-end compatibility and performance loss.</li><li>Possess technical foresight, able to proactively identify technical risks and propose solutions. Priority is given to candidates with team management or technical mentoring experience.</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills as well as project promotion capabilities, able to balance technical and business objectives in complex business scenarios.</li></ul><p><br></p>
