Staff Software Engineer

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, operations, and infrastructure, to translate requirements into technical plans and deliver application features.

Drive technical projects from planning through launch by defining milestones, managing dependencies, resolving blockers, and communicating progress.

Take a hands-on role in designing, coding, testing, debugging, and deploying software.

Build and maintain user interfaces and backend services using modern programming languages and frameworks.

Make practical design decisions that balance delivery timelines, performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Investigate and resolve technical issues, including production bugs and performance bottlenecks.

Improve code quality through code reviews, automated testing, refactoring, and targeted technical debt reduction.

Own key components and features end to end, including implementation, integration, release, and ongoing operation.

Provide practical technical guidance to teammates and help resolve implementation challenges.

任职要求

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

3+ years of relevant software development experience.

Strong programming skills in at least one relevant language and hands-on experience building and shipping software.

Experience driving technical projects or substantial features from requirements through delivery.

Experience with software design, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

Ability to work independently, manage technical dependencies, and collaborate effectively across teams.
