任职要求

<p>Core Responsibilities：</p><p>Handle the conjunction of service procedure before the new products launch;</p><p>Conduct front-line service team service process and procedure, service rules formulation and release;</p><p>Optimize or iterate over existing service processes and rules through data analysis and process implementation monitoring;</p><p>Collect feedback from the service team to help respond to related questions and improve common process problems;</p><p>Cross-function communication and promotion, completion of process design/debug and release, forming a closed loop mechanism.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications：</p><p>Full-Time bachelor's degree or above</p><p>Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, English can be used as the daily working language</p><p>Proficient in various Office software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Visio, etc;</p><p>Excellent adaptability, ability to work well under pressure, good teamwork and communication skills;</p><p>Have a strong logical thinking ability, and the ability to summarize, quick problem-solving skills, data analysis, etc;</p><p>PMP certification or Lean 6 sigma certification is preferred;</p><p>Service industry process management experience is preferred;</p><p>Work experience in OTA industry or foreign company is preferred.</p>
