company strategy and industry trends to boost platform competitiveness.</span></p><p style="line-height: 150%"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif">2. Collecting</span><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;background-color: white"> insights into

the needs and challenges faced by users, suppliers, and operations teams, and

devise strategic solutions. Collaborate with our product and technology teams

to make the product better.</span></p><p style="line-height: 150%"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif">3. </span><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;background-color: white">Track and analyze project

data, promptly identify issues, and collaborate with relevant teams to optimize

and resolve problems.</span></p>

任职资格

<p></p><p style="line-height: 150%"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif">1. Bachelor&#39;s degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in

**overseas day tour and activities business operations** in OTA/travel

technology companies.</span></p><p style="line-height: 150%"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif">2. Strong logical thinking, excellent communication skills, strong

execution ability, and data analysis skills.</span></p><p style="line-height: 150%"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif">3. Language: Fluent in both Chinese/English (required), additional

languages (Japanese/Korean/Thai, etc.) are a plus.</span></p><p style="line-height: 150%"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif">4. Cross-border collaboration: Experience in managing remote

international teams or overseas residency is a plus.</span></p>
