职位描述

1. Be the strategic HR partner for CE leadership across multiple markets — talent planning, org design, headcount, and people risk management

2. Own the full performance management cycle for CE, including calibration and promotion nominations

3. Lead or drive OD projects: job architecture, career ladders, competency frameworks, and multi-track performance systems across CE's complex role families

4. Design and execute talent development programs — career pathing, hi-po identification, succession planning

5. Handle cross-cultural employee relations with sound judgment across a diverse, global team

任职要求

1. 8+ years HR experience, with senior HRBP or OD background in large/complex orgs

2. Hands-on experience designing job architecture, competency models, or performance frameworks (not just running existing processes)

3. Excellent English — this is a working language for the role

4. Strong business acumen; comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
