职位描述

1、Develop and deliver training programs on coffee product knowledge, brewing standards, and service procedures for store staff, new hires, and management.

2、Design and optimize the coffee training curriculum, including theoretical instruction, hands-on practice, and assessment protocols to ensure standardization.

3、Organize regular offline and online training sessions, such as new product launches, skill enhancement, and certification exams.

4、Conduct regular on-site audits of coffee quality, operational procedures, and hygiene standards across regional or national stores.

5、Assist in building a coffee quality monitoring system to drive continuous improvement across stores.

6、Analyze coffee-related customer complaints, identify root causes, and drive frontline teams to implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.

任职要求

1、Bachelor’s degree or above, preferred majors include Food Science, Quality management.

2、Minimum 5 years of experience in coffee industry or chain restaurant quality management, familiarity with coffee operation and quality standards.

3、Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to travel independently and complete audit assignments.

4、Excellent training delivery and communication skills; ability to independently design training courses.
