<p>职位描述</p><ol><li>Develop and optimize full lifecycle subsidy strategies and business targets based on local market needs, ensuring effective implementation across regions.</li><li>Maintain close communication with regional teams to ensure strategy and information alignment; provide support for local execution and problem resolution.</li><li>Build and refine data monitoring systems; track key operational and subsidy metrics in real time; analyze performance and drive optimization. </li><li>Collaborate with relevant headquarters departments to implement subsidy tools/models; manage and allocate subsidy budgets to support business objectives.</li><li>Stay up-to-date on industry and market trends; regularly conduct benchmarking analyses; drive innovation and upgrades in subsidy systems.</li></ol><p><br></p><p>任职资格</p><ol><li>Bachelor’s degree or above; 5+ years of experience in subsidy strategy or refined operations in internet, e-commerce platforms; international business experience preferred.</li><li>Proficient in data monitoring and analysis, with the ability to evaluate and optimize strategies across multiple markets.</li><li>Excellent English communication skills for effective collaboration with international teams.</li><li>Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities; results-oriented and highly self-driven.</li><li>Innovative mindset and keen industry awareness, with the ability to continually improve and upgrade subsidy systems.</li></ol>
