整车安全行人保护工程师

职位描述

职责描述:

Breakdown pedestrian target according safety strategy and finish feasibility analysis根据车型安全目标制定行人保护开发分解目标,并完成可行性分析;

Be responsible for pedestrian space and design check to support design data负责行人保护空间的造型评估,支持造型数据发布;

Be responsible for pedestrian performance modeling and analysis; and provide engineer solutions负责建立行人保护有限元模型和分析;并通过工程方案解决相关问题;

Be responsible for pedestrian test plan, status follow up and CAE/Test correlation, which can solve both CAE and test issues负责制定行人保护实验计划、跟踪状态、并完成分析和试验对标工作;具备解决分析和试验问题能力;

任职要求

教育程度 Education: Mechanical and Vehicle Engineering Degree机械或车辆工程专业;

工作经验Work Experience: At least 4~5 years'safety experienc. Lead two vehicle safety performance development至少四~五年工作经验;独立牵头负责过两个完整项目开发

专业知识 Knowledge：Familliar with vehicle sturcture and safety regulation熟悉汽车碰撞安

全相关法规,掌握汽车构造的基本知识,有限元基本知识;

Experience with commercial FEA software such as LS-Dyna,Hypermesh, ANSA, Meta,Oasys...熟悉商用有限元软件,如LS-Dyna、Hypermesh、ANSA、NMeta、Oasys等;

团队精神Team work: Good team spirit, logical thinking and efficient cormmunication良好的团队合作精神、严密的逻辑思维能力及高效的沟通能力
