任职要求

<p>职位描述</p><ol><li>与海外旅游局或相关代理机构及资源方合作，根据客户需求制作营销方案与资源分配；</li><li>整理公司内部报告、市场信息及行业动态，梳理和撰写旅游行业分析报告；</li><li>负责项目的具体执行和跟进落地，动态跟踪项目效果，并按照项目维度完成结案报告；</li><li>协助项目经理对项目进行整体协调和把控，对项目的完成效果和执行进度负责。</li></ol><p><br></p><p>任职资格</p><ol><li>市场营销、新闻、广告等相关专业优先、本科及以上学历，具备英文口语和书写能力； </li><li>有互联网、广告公司、旅游行业3年以上相关工作经验优先； </li><li>熟悉策划线上和线下商业活动方案，具备文案功底和活动执行能力； </li><li>具备良好的时间管理能力，规划项目有序上线，关注执行细节； </li><li>善于对外及跨部门沟通，责任心强，结果导向，良好的抗压能力。</li></ol><p><br></p><p>Job Description</p><ol><li>Collaborate with overseas tourism boards, relevant agencies, and external partners to develop marketing proposals and allocate resources based on client needs.</li><li>Consolidate internal reports, market insights, and industry trends, and conduct research and analysis to develop reports on the tourism industry.</li><li>Take responsibility for project execution and follow-up, monitor project performance throughout the campaign, and prepare project completion reports based on project objectives and outcomes.</li><li>Assist the Project Manager in overall project coordination and management, ensuring project quality and timely delivery.</li></ol><p>Qualifications</p><ol><li>Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field. Strong verbal and written English communication skills.</li><li>3+ years of relevant experience in internet companies, advertising agencies, tourism, or related industries is preferred.</li><li>Experience in planning and executing both online and offline commercial campaigns, with strong copywriting and event execution skills.</li><li>Strong time management and project planning skills, with close attention to execution details and the ability to ensure timely project delivery.</li><li>Strong external and cross-functional communication skills, with a high sense of responsibility, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.</li></ol>
