职位描述

1. Position Major Responsibilities 主要职责

1.1 In charge of GISIP quality management, including collection and submittion of initial sample quality documents to products owner for approval.

1.1 负责供应商产品样件的质量管理工作，包括样件质量报告的收集整理以及提交产品所有者批准；

1.2 In charge of SQEs daily management as of X2 handling, Suppliers Improvement Projects, and new suppliers’ audit and development, on-site witness inspections and some critical quality issues root causes analysis, problems’ solving etc.

1.2 负责SQE 团队的日常管理工作，包括：X2 NCR的处理，供应商改善项目，新供应商的审核和开发，供应商现场见证、检验，一些重大质量问题的根本原因分析和问题解决；

1.3 Be the leader to drive Suppliers’ Quality Parts and Quality System continuous improvement, including but not limited as technology and Machine, Equipment, People’s qualifications, processes standardizations etc.

1.3 持续推动供应商质量和供应商质量体系的持续提升，包括但不局限于工艺，机器设备和人员的资质，工艺标准化等方面；

1.4 Be responsible for improvement the suppliers' NCR Defect rate (%), with the category of casting, forging, welding, machining and traded parts.

1.4 负责供应商供应零件不合格率的提升，包括铸、锻、焊、机加工及贸易件产品；

1.5 Provide training to suppliers’key quality contributors; Organize necessary communication meetings for common issues etc.

1.5 提供供应商培训，对于常见的质量问题组织必要的交流会；

1.6 To drive supplier quality continuous improvements through the inputs from outside Customers' feedback, inside key performances as CONC, NCRs, Defects Rate, Suppliers' Suggestions etc.

1.6 根据外部客户的反馈，推动供应商质量的持续改进，例如CONC, NCR, 不合格品率，供应商建议等；

1.7 Others , any additional agreed-to works by superiors. 其它上级安排其它的工作

1.8 Responsible for 5S and safety within the responsible area 负责所属区域的5S管理和安全

2. Position Special Responsibilities 特殊职责

In Charge of NDE and Material test team. 负责探伤及材料测试团队管理工作

任职要求

1) Education Experience & Certificates / 教育经历 & 证书要求

Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanics or metal materials.

本科或以上，机械类或金属材料类专业。

2) Working Experience / 工作经验

More than 3 years experience of supplier quality manager in the medium or large manufacturing field, especially in equipment industry.

More than 10 years supplier quality management experiance.

在中大型制造型企业，尤其在设备制造行业3年以上供应商质量经理工作经验；

10年以上的供应商质量管理经验；

3) Professional skill & Special skill / 专业技能和特殊技能要求

10 years and above related working experience, familiar with metal parts and equipment assembly manufacturing process and quality control methodology, exposure on pump manufacturing and assembling is highly preferable.10年以上相关工作经验， 熟悉金属件与设备工艺流程与质量控制方法，最好是具有泵行业的工作背景。

4) Defined Competencies / 素质要求

Strong planning and management &communications capability, team spirit, problem-solving skills, customer and result orientated philosophy, project management practice, change management， 5S/EHS management.策划能力，管理与沟通能力，具备团队工作精神，解决问题能力，顾客与结果导向，项目管理，变革管理， 5S/EHS管理。

Proactive, responsible, flexible, empowerment and enablement. 积极主动，责任心强，活应变， 授权。

Successful practice of advanced quality tools & methodology, including ISO9001, 8D, ,FMEA, 7 tools, 5W, , LP. GD&T, etc.

熟悉ISO9001, 8D, ,FMEA, 7 tools, 5W, , LP. GD&T,等先进质量工具的应用。

Basic knowledge of 5S/EHS knowledge and practices具备5S/EHS管理基础知识与经验

Good communication skill 良好的沟通能力

Experience in team leading (more than 3 years)有团队管理经验（超过3年）

Computer skill (familiar with Office) 良好的电脑操作能力（熟练掌握Office软件）

Familiar with SAP 熟悉SAP

Good English skill 良好的英语沟通能力
