SCM Manager

职位描述

1.You will identify sole- and single-sourced component usage that jeopardizes continuity of supply, and develop solutions to reduce risks.

2.You will drive relevant departments to systematically resolve and improve supplier quality issues.

3.You will negotiate pricing and contracts, supplier inventory arrangements, and lead times to support customer responsiveness and manufacturing flexibility.

4.You will support business needs related to supply or supplier issues.

5.You will manage supplier performance, ratings, forecasting, and reviews.

6.You will provide total landed cost comparisons to the unit.

7.You will launch and drive projects to identify, select, compare, and qualify suppliers for different commodity groups, to achieve a superior supply chain.

8.You will develop team member competency and improve productivity.

9.You will be responsible for conducting departmental energy review work, and cooperate with the formulation and implementation of the company's energy management goals, indicators, and management plans. In procurement plans for energy-consuming equipment and facilities with a power rating exceeding 30 kW, you will review energy efficiency requirements to ensure they reach the leading energy efficiency levels of similar equipment and facilities in the market.

10.You will perform other work related to supply chain management.

任职要求

1.Master’s degree or above in Engineering, Business, Purchasing, Material Management, or equivalent

2.Knowledge of compliance with legal and ethical aspects of purchasing and contracting

3.Strategic planning and methodology on a global scale

4.Knowledge of supply chain planning / purchasing tools

5. 3-5 years - Strong negotiation and contracting skills

6.Experiences in sourcing or procurement & supplier quality improvement
