Senior Legal Manager

职位描述

Compliance Oversight: Ensure company operations comply with Brazilian laws (e.g., Consumer Protection Code, LGPD, Marketing Regulations and relevant logistics regulations) and international standards. Develop and implement compliance frameworks for delivery, consumer rights, and marketing activities. Conduct risk assessments and provide proactive solutions.

Contract Review & Drafting: Manage end-to-end review, negotiation, and drafting of contracts, focusing on: Delivery/Logistics Agreements (e.g., carrier contracts, SLA terms). Consumer-Facing Documents (e.g., T&Cs, warranties, refund policies). Marketing Campaigns (e.g., influencer partnerships, promotions, advertising). Advise on contractual risks and mitigation strategies.

Regulatory Advisory: Monitor legal developments in Brazilian consumer law, data privacy (LGPD), and advertising standards. Train internal teams on compliance best practices.

Dispute Resolution: Support disputes related to delivery, consumer claims, or marketing issues.

任职要求

Law degree from accredited institutions, active OAB, previous experience at technology, platform or services companies, Deep expertise in contracts, platform regulation, strong contract drafting and advising on a fast-paced environment. Full proficiency in Portuguese and English writen and spoken. Data Privacy Compliance are also a plus.
