<p>职位描述</p><ol><li>构建信息质量标准体系。负责平台信息质量（涵盖租车门店、车型、政策等），通过制定并实施精细化运营策略，持续提升信息准确性、完整性，优化用户获取信息的体验，推动用户满意度提升。</li><li>驱动产品化解决方案落地。协同产品与业务团队，开展用户需求调研与痛点分析，主导设计以信息体验为核心的产品方案，并推动研发资源落实迭代，从流程与功能层面系统化提升信息可用性与用户满意度。</li><li>对标全球租车体验持续优化。基于携程旅行与Trip.com的跨境服务场景，结合行业趋势与竞品动态，定期优化信息展示规范、交互流程与运营机制，确保用户在不同场景下获得清晰、一致、易用的信息体验。</li><li>探索AI赋能信息运营。积极引入AI Agent等智能工具，探索自动化审核、智能信息优化与个性化推荐等应用场景，通过技术手段提升信息处理效率、准确性与覆盖度，为用户提供更优质的信息服务。</li></ol><p><br></p><p>任职资格</p><ol><li>本科及以上学历，英语可作为工作语言；</li><li>3年以上工作经验，有互联网产品运营、租车、车企等行业经验者优先；</li><li>善于洞察和总结，具备较好业务数据分析能力，熟练使用SQL等工具；</li><li>具备较好的目标拆解落地能力，清晰定义问题寻求多种解决方案；</li><li>具备出色的沟通能力和团队协作精神，认真严谨，自驱力强，有耐心。</li></ol><p>Job Description</p><ol><li><strong>Building an information quality standards system.</strong> Responsible for platform information quality (covering car rental stores, vehicle models, policies, etc.), continuously improving information accuracy and completeness through the formulation and implementation of refined operations strategies, optimizing the user experience of accessing information, and driving the improvement of user satisfaction.</li><li><strong>Driving the delivery of productized solutions.</strong> Working with product and business teams, conducting user demand research and pain point analysis, leading the design of product solutions centered on information experience, and driving R&amp;D resources to implement iterations, systematically improving information usability and user satisfaction at the process and functionality levels.</li><li><strong>Continuously optimizing against global car rental experiences.</strong> Based on the cross-border service scenarios of Ctrip and Trip.com, and in light of industry trends and competitor dynamics, regularly optimizing information display standards, interaction flows, and operating mechanisms, ensuring that users obtain a clear, consistent, and easy-to-use information experience across different scenarios.</li><li><strong>Exploring AI-empowered information operations.</strong> Actively introducing intelligent tools such as AI Agents, exploring application scenarios such as automated review, intelligent information optimization, and personalized recommendations, and improving the efficiency, accuracy, and coverage of information processing through technological means, to provide users with better information services.</li></ol><p>Qualifications</p><ol><li>Bachelor's degree or above, with English as a working language;</li><li>3+ years of work experience, with experience in internet product operations, car rental, or automotive companies preferred;</li><li>Skilled at insight and synthesis, with good business data analysis capability and proficiency in tools such as SQL;</li><li>Good capability in breaking down and landing goals, clearly defining problems and seeking multiple solutions;</li><li>Excellent communication skills and team collaboration spirit, rigorous and meticulous, strongly self-motivated, and patient.</li></ol><p><br></p>
