<p>1.Master's Degree or above&nbsp;is preferred.</p><p>2.Track record of&nbsp;leading initiatives&nbsp;at team, skill, or site level with measurable impact.</p><p>3.Comfortable working in a&nbsp;diverse, cross-functional environment&nbsp;and actively contributing to an&nbsp;inclusive culture.</p><p>4.Ability to develop and execute&nbsp;Business Continuity Plans (BCP)&nbsp;under ambiguous or high-pressure situations.</p><p>5.Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt&nbsp;certification is a plus.</p><p>6.COPC certification&nbsp;is a plus.</p><p>7.Power Query / SQL / Python skill is a plus.</p><p></p>
