职位描述

1. 负责设备台账、履历管理，统计 OEE、MTBF、MTTR 等设备绩效指标

Responsible for equipment ledger and history file management, collect KPIs including OEE, MTBF and MTTR.

2. 制定设备预防性保养计划，监督点检、保养落地

Formulate preventive maintenance plans, supervise daily check and maintenance execution.

3. 处理设备故障，开展根因分析，落实改善对策

Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

4. 管理备品备件，制定安全库存，控制维修成本

Manage spare parts, set safety stock and control maintenance cost.

5. 参与新设备导入、验收、技改及移机工作

Participate in new equipment introduction, acceptance, technical modification and relocation.

6. 编制设备 SOP、维护指导书，组织培训与安全隐患排查

Compile equipment SOP and maintenance instruction, organize training and safety risk inspection.

7. 推进 TPM 活动，持续提升设备综合效率

Promote TPM activities to continuously improve overall equipment efficiency.

任职要求

学历要求：本科及以上；

专业要求：机械、电气、自动化相关工科专业；

语言要求： 英语流利，可无障碍口译笔译；

其他要求：有中国留学经历优先，具备良好沟通协调能力

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above

Major: Engineering majors related to Mechanical, Electrical and Automation

Language: Fluent in English with proficient oral and written translation skills

Other requirements: Candidates with study experience in China are preferred; good communication and coordination skills.
