This is a high-impact, strategy-and-execution hybrid role responsible for building the analytical framework and frontline enablement engine that drives operational excellence across our instant delivery network. You will directly influence company-wide operations strategy while shaping the performance and growth culture of our frontline teams across multiple markets.

1. Instant Delivery Business Analysis: Own the logistics analytical engine behind our on-demand delivery operations. You will define how we measure success across on-time rate, cancellation rate, capacity-to-demand balance, and rider productivity, then dig into the data when numbers move, find the real story behind anomalies, and turn findings into strategy leadership actually acts on.

2. Frontline Enablement & Training: Be the architect of how our frontline teams learn and grow. You will turn scattered best practices into a repeatable playbook, design recognition and incentive programs that make strong performance visible and rewarded, and build a culture where teams push themselves rather than waiting to be pushed.

3. Policy Localization: Be the bridge between headquarters strategy and regional reality. You will take company-wide policies and make them work on the ground across markets, adapting where local conditions demand it and proving the impact with measurable results.

任职要求

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 3+ years of experience in operations analytics, frontline enablement, or a similar hybrid strategy-and-execution role within high-volume logistics, on-demand delivery, or gig-economy platforms.

2. Proven track record in building operational frameworks, training programs, or performance management systems for frontline or field teams.

3. Possess strong data analysis capabilities(SQL) and execution skills.

4. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills, with experience working across regional and headquarters teams.

5. Fluency in English required; Arabic or additional regional languages strongly preferred given the localization scope.
