<p>This role serves as a strategic liaison between Trip.com's Europe business organization and Shanghai HQ, partnering closely with senior regional leadership to ensure cross-regional alignment, effective governance, and disciplined execution.</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Represent leadership at key stakeholder meetings and provide concise, decision-oriented summaries covering outcomes, risks, and open issues.</li><li>Coordinate with counterparts across Europe and Shanghai to drive timely follow-through on assigned action items.</li><li>Consolidate priority requests from the European team and communicate them to relevant stakeholders at Shanghai HQ across other business unit.</li><li>Maintain ownership, timeline, and status tracking for cross-regional initiatives, and provide regular progress updates to leadership.</li><li>Support internal governance processes in partnership with cross-functional teams, including budget planning, campaign retrospectives, Quarterly Business Reviews, and annual reviews.</li><li>Provide administrative and logistical support as needed, including coordination with the Facilities team on team events, venue arrangements, and related logistics across office locations.</li></ul>

任职资格

<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a PMO or equivalent role, with the ability to translate business objectives into structured projects and programs.</li><li>Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese, written and spoken.</li><li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, structured, and decision-focused updates.</li><li>Proven stakeholder management capability across regional teams, business units, and corporate functions.</li><li>High emotional intelligence, professional maturity, and the ability to operate effectively across diverse cultural and organizational contexts.</li><li>Willingness and ability to travel to Europe on a regular basis.</li></ul>
