<p>职位描述</p><ul><li><strong>直连问题排查与解决</strong>：负责国际化业务中海外供应商日常系统直连（API对接）问题的排查、沟通与闭环解决，保障业务平稳运行。</li><li><strong>供应商接入运营</strong>：主导海外供应商标准直连全链路的产品运营工作，包括培训指引、技术答疑及上线验收，对最终接入效果和质量负责；并持续驱动系统与流程的迭代优化。</li><li><strong>履约治理与效率提升</strong>：监控并治理系统直连订单的履约缺陷，协同产品团队持续降低缺陷成本；优化内部运营机制，有效降低产研及业务运营环节的人力成本。</li><li><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></li><li><strong>Troubleshooting &amp; Resolution:</strong> Troubleshoot, communicate, and resolve daily system direct-connection (API integration) issues encountered by overseas suppliers in our global business operations.</li><li><strong>Supplier Onboarding Operations:</strong> Lead product operations for the standard direct connection of overseas suppliers. This includes providing training guidance, answering technical queries, and conducting go-live acceptance (UAT). Take full ownership of the supplier integration outcomes and drive the continuous iteration of related systems and processes.</li><li><strong>Fulfillment Governance &amp; Efficiency:</strong> Monitor and govern order fulfillment defects related to system integrations. Collaborate closely with Product Managers to continuously reduce defect costs. Enhance internal operational efficiency and reduce human resource costs for both R&amp;D and business operation teams.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>任职资格</p><ul><li><strong>学历背景</strong>：本科及以上学历。</li><li><strong>专业经验</strong>：具备3年及以上B端产品运营相关经验，有API/系统直连相关运营经验者优先考虑。</li><li><strong>核心能力</strong>：具备优秀的沟通协调能力与跨团队协作意识，执行力强，目标导向。</li><li><strong>语言能力</strong>：<strong>英语可作为工作语言</strong>，能无障碍与海外供应商进行书面及线上语音沟通，英文能力优秀者优先。</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor's degree or above.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 3 years or above proven experience in B2B product operations. Prior experience in API integration or system direct-connection operations is a strong plus.</li><li><strong>Core Competencies:</strong> Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, paired with a results-oriented mindset and strong execution capabilities.</li><li><strong>Language Skills: English as a working language. </strong>Must be able to communicate effectively and fluently with overseas suppliers online. Candidates with exceptional English proficiency are highly preferred.</li></ul>
