Process and Standardization Expert

职位描述

1. Responsible for standardization and operation of dark store as headquarter key position. Led the development of the standardized framework for dark store, including process design, optimization, and project execution.

2. Identify critical business issues and drive results through data analysis, strategy formulation, system enhancement, policy optimization, process redesign, SOP development, and operations management in collaboration with frontline teams.

3. Continuously improve operational systems and take ownership of core performance indicators.

4. Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, replenishment, logistics, and quality control teams to optimize end-to-end processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.

任职要求

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in operations management.

2. Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and drive team performance.

3. Excellent data analysis, logical thinking, and strategic planning capabilities, able to accurately identify key issues and mobilize cross-functional resources to deliver solutions.

4. Strong project management and execution capabilities, with the ability to coordinate across upstream and downstream teams, resolve complex issues, and drive business results.

5. Proficient in office software, data analysis and English.
