任职要求

<p>Responsibility：</p><p>1. Responsible for UI Design of Trip.com content-related businesses, such as Travel Guides, Trends, UGC, etc., &nbsp;across various platforms such as App, H5, Web, and other toB platforms. Specific job assignments will be allocated upon joining.</p><p>2. Independently manage projects, ensuring alignment with business targets and conducting post-launch data analysis.</p><p>3. Offer new insights and initiate self-driven projects based on business needs and user experience perspective.</p><p>4. Maintain efficient communication with stakeholders (Product, Business, Development Teams) and demonstrate familiarity with the business domain.</p><p>5. Conduct periodic project reviews, share experiences to enhance team's professional capabilities.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications：</p><p>1. Bachelor's degree or above in Design, with at least 2 years of overseas work experience.&nbsp;English can be used as the working language.</p><p>2. Excellent product thinking and data analysis ability.</p><p>3. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to manage and drive complex projects.</p><p>4. High sensitivity to overseas products, good at discovery, mining, self-drive ability.</p><p>5. Proficiency in various design software, such as Sketch/Figma, etc.</p><p><br></p><p>Preferred Qualifications :</p><p>1. Proficient in English with the ability to communicate in Chinese;</p><p>2. Work experience in OTA or content industry</p><p>3. Experience in video editing, Knowledge and skills in 3D design and modeling. Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in video editing and 3D design projects. </p>
