<p>Responsibilities：</p><p>1.&nbsp;Responsible for the interaction design and user research&nbsp;of <strong>international travel content products</strong>.</p><p>2.&nbsp;Apply <strong>various design methods</strong>, offer new insights and <strong>initiate projects</strong>&nbsp;based on business and user needs, and optimize designs using data analysis.</p><p>3.&nbsp;Independently <strong>manage design projects</strong>&nbsp;and maintain efficient communication with stakeholders.</p><p>4.&nbsp;Collaborate with the team&nbsp;to elevate the team's overall international design capabilities.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications：</strong></p><p><strong>1.&nbsp;Design background</strong>&nbsp;with a bachelor's degree or higher.</p><p>2.&nbsp;2+ years of <strong>experience in international projects</strong>, proficient in English, with a global perspective and strong insight into design trends.</p><p>3.&nbsp;Excellent <strong>product thinking</strong>&nbsp;ability and data analysis ability.</p><p>4.&nbsp;Strong collaboration and communication skills.</p><p>5.&nbsp;Proficiency in various design software,&nbsp;such as Sketch/Figma, etc.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications :</strong></p><p>1. Billingual language skills (English&amp;Chinese)</p><p>2. Work experience in OTA or content industry</p><p>3. Experience in video production</p>
