Technical Content Creator – English (Open Networking / Online Materials)

- Write, edit, and maintain English-language technical documentation including:

- Product datasheets, deployment guides, and configuration manuals

- Online solution briefs, FAQs, and release notes

- Website and blog content explaining open networking concepts

- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and marketing to gather source materials.

- Structure content for both technical accuracy and ease of understanding.

- Ensure consistency in tone, terminology, and branding across all documentation.

- Optimize content for online delivery (readability, SEO, and digital usability).

- Maintain and update existing documentation as products evolve.

- Demonstrated passion for writing and the craft of clear, engaging technical communication.

- A strong curiosity for new technologies and hands-on interest in understanding how things work.

- Professional-grade written English with strong editing and structuring ability.

- Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and translate them into reader-friendly content.

- Strong attention to detail and consistency.

- Experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Notion, Wordpress, or similar tools.

- Understanding of target audience (network engineers, IT decision-makers, solution architects).

- Portfolio of published technical content is a plus.

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- English proficiency is required: CET-6, IELTS 6.5, TOEFL 90, or equivalent level and above.

Experience:

- 1~5 years of experience in technical writing or content creation for technology products (B2B SaaS, networking, or cloud-related fields preferred) preferred.

- Experience writing for open-source or enterprise networking technologies is highly desirable.

- Familiarity with markdown, HTML, Git, or content management systems is a strong advantage.
