How you'll make an impact

1. You will take the role of project manager to drive digital project implementation from solution design to go-live on Equipment Management System.

2. You will design and implement IT/OT integrated solutions, including equipment monitoring, data collection, and locating technologies.

3. You will coordinate business, IT and external vendors to ensure project delivery on time, on cost and with expected results.

4. You will identify digitalization opportunities by collecting and analyzing business requirements from functions (especially Equipment & Facility team and Production team) and transform them into feasible digital solutions.

5. You will be responsible for post-go-live support coordination for responsible system and daily management of Environment Monitoring System.

6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

任职要求

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in automation, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, software engineering, data science, industrial engineering, etc. Other major in engineering with relative working experience will also be considered.

2. More than 3years of experience in management system or IoT projects implementation in manufacturing. Prefer project experience on Equipment Management System and MES/MOM.

3. Good understanding of equipment management, TPM and LEAN.

4. Proven experience in project management, able to independently drive project implementation from solution design to go-live. Prefer to have PMP certification.

5. Quick leaner and open mindset.

6. Fluent in both spoken and written English. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
