Ensure the linguistic and cultural quality of Traditional Chinese content by reviewing AI or vendor translations, conducting linguistic QA, providing actionable feedback, and performing translation or editing tasks when needed.

Own and continuously optimize language assets, including terminology databases, style guides, translation memories, and linguistic guidelines, to maintain consistency and improve localization efficiency.

Establish and maintain localization quality standards for product content, including defining language benchmarks, researching market-specific terminology, and ensuring alignment with Hong Kong user expectations and communication preferences.

Champion a natural and engaging user experience by analyzing user feedback, identifying language-related pain points, and collaborating with product teams & stakeholders to improve in-app language quality.

Collaborate with localization project managers, external translation partners, and product teams to manage localization workflows, resolve linguistic issues, and continuously improve content delivery quality and efficiency.

Stay updated on Hong Kong language trends, consumer behaviors, and digital product language practices to ensure Keeta’s content remains relevant and competitive.

Native-level Cantonese speaker with extensive experience living and working in Hong Kong, with deep understanding of local language usage, cultural nuances, and user expectations.

Professional proficiency in Traditional Chinese writing, editing, and localization, with the ability to create natural, user-friendly product content for the Hong Kong market.

Fluent business-level English and Mandarin communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Linguistics, Translation, Localization, Communications, or related fields preferred.

3+ years of professional experience in Simplified Chinese/English-to-Traditional Chinese translation, localization, linguistic QA, or related language roles.

Proven experience with Simplified Chinese to Traditional Chinese localization, particularly for Hong Kong market adaptation, is required.

Strong attention to detail, excellent language judgment, and the ability to balance linguistic accuracy with product and business objectives.

Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and with external partners.
