职位描述

1. Responsible for the daily management of the dark store delivery module, developing regional delivery management plans and supervising on-site execution.

2. Facilitate the implementation of business operations in the region, monitor daily operations, service quality, and performance metrics.

3. Collect, provide feedback on, and resolve fulfillment issues in the region, follow up on operational anomalies, and conduct experience analysis for continuous improvement.

4. Oversee the training of supervisors/riders in the region to enhance employees' overall quality and business capabilities.

5. Ensure service quality at sites within the region, analyze delivery customer complaints, implement effective measures to control complaints, and provide professional, efficient, and high-quality delivery services to enhance customer satisfaction.

任职要求

1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management, or at least 3 years of relevant experience in delivery operations.

2. Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of effective cross-team collaboration and communication with other departments or external entities, diligent, responsible.

3. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using various MS software, with strong data processing and analysis skills, as well as document organization and summarization abilities.

4. Personal Traits: Strong execution capabilities and able to withstand a certain level of work pressure.

5. Market and Project Skills: Strong market development skills, clear thinking, and excellent project management abilities.

6. Location: Based in Riyadh, with proficient English communication skills.
