Responsible for the development and execution of new user strategy in Brazil, understanding user growth logic, and building a sustainable user growth system

1. Deeply understand emerging traffic and new approaches, explore effective new user acquisition channels and strategies with continuous optimization to reach target users; Design and optimize end-to-end growth funnels: from new user registration → first order completion → early habit formation.

2. Manage new user incentive programs and subsidy plans (coupons, referral campaigns, first-order promos), balancing growth efficiency and ROI., and fine-tuning the cost of acquiring customers (CAC) and the lifetime value (LTV) of users.

3. Plan and manage both online and offline user acquisition campaigns (such as TikTok, field promotion)

4. Analyze user behavior data to understand user needs and behaviors, providing user data analysis dashboard to keep track of key metrics and identify user growth opportunities, formulating corresponding user growth plans, and run A/B tests on growth initiatives.

5. Collaborate with the merchant, product, and others teams to align resources and promote project implementation.

6. Localize growth strategies for the Brazilian market, incorporating knowledge of local consumer behavior, culture, and competitive landscape.

任职要求

1. At least 5 years of experience in internet user operation strategy in Brazil, preferably with a background in major platforms (like e-commerce, O2O, two-sided markets).

2. Well-versed in growth hacking techniques, with hands-on experience in new customer growth, traffic channel operations, and subsidy plans.

3. Proficient in data analysis tools and able to perform attribution analysis using data.

4. Highly attuned to user psychology, skilled at motivating behavior change through incentive design.

5. Goal-oriented, with a proven track record of overcoming growth bottlenecks from scratch.
