职位名称：海外业务管培生（Global Management Trainee）

面向人群：2026 届本科及以上学历毕业生

【岗位职责】

1. 在上海总部接受系统培训，内容涵盖产品、风险、作业运营、商务拓展与团队管理，并在海外业务中实践应用，学以致用；

2. 在导师指导下参与海外业务日常运营，理解端到端的业务流程，参与或引领关键项目的落地；

3. 协助开拓海外渠道资源，参与商务谈判准备与方案制定，在实战中理解合作逻辑与商业本质；

4. 负责印尼语/西班牙语的业务沟通与翻译支持，确保中后台与海外市场的高效协作；

5. 配合团队开展行业调研与产品分析，在真实数据中培养业务直觉与判断力；

6. 在跨部门协作中锻炼沟通与协调能力，理解团队目标如何一步步转化为实际行动

【Responsibilities】

1.Complete structured training at Shanghai HQ across product, risk, operations, BD, and team management — then apply it directly to overseas business.

2.Work with your mentor on day-to-day overseas operations, understand the full business flow, and contribute to or lead key projects.

3.Support overseas channel development, prepare for business negotiations, and build partnership proposals.

4.Serve as a language bridge in Indonesian or Spanish for cross-border business communication.

5.Conduct industry research and product analysis, building business judgment with real data.

6.Collaborate cross-functionally — learn how team goals translate into execution across departments.

任职要求

【任职要求】

1. 2026 届本科及以上学历，欢迎各国籍申请者，印度尼西亚 / 尼日利亚 / 墨西哥籍优先，目前在中国高校就读；

2. 语言能力（必备）：

印尼语 / 西班牙语母语水平；英语流利，可作为工作语言；中文听说读写流利者优先

3. 具备良好的沟通技巧和协作意识，责任心强，积极拥抱变化；

4. 数据逻辑性强，具备结构化思维能力；

5. 对多元文化环境保持开放心态，愿意助力中国企业在当地深耕发展；

6. 能够适应全球化工作模式，接受灵活的工作安排与跨地域协作。

【Requirements】

1.Class of 2026, Bachelor's degree or above, currently studying in China. All nationalities welcome; Indonesian / Nigerian / Mexican nationals preferred.

2.Languages (required): Native Indonesian or Spanish; fluent English (working proficiency); Mandarin Chinese fluency is a strong plus.

3.Strong communication and collaboration skills, proactive, and adaptable to change.

4.Structured thinker with solid data literacy.

5.Open to multicultural environments and eager to help a Chinese company grow in your home market.

6.Comfortable with global work rhythms — flexible hours and cross-timezone collaboration.
