Talent Acquisition Specialist

职位描述

1. Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for all levels — from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and close — ensuring a consistently high-quality candidate experience.

2. Work closely with business leaders to deeply understand each team's organizational structure, responsibilities, strengths/gaps, and key business drivers, translating that insight into effective hiring strategies.

3. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing across multiple channels

4. Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers — setting realistic expectations, providing market intelligence, and coaching on interview best practices and calibration.

5. Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from first contact to day one, serving as a positive ambassador for the company brand.

6. Track and analyze key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness) and use data to continuously improve the process.

任职要求

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of strategic recruiting experience, preferably in an international business context.

3. Proven track record of successfully recruiting for complex and senior-level positions.

4. Strong understanding of global labor markets and international hiring practices.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

7. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

8. High level of discretion and professionalism.
