【Kuwait】License Manager

职位描述

1. License & Permit Management: Lead end-to-end store license applications in Kuwait, including municipal, commercial, food safety, fire safety, and signage permits. Ensure all stores maintain valid documentation.

2. Government Relations: Build relationships with Kuwait authorities (Municipality, MOCI, Fire Force, PAFN). Track regulatory changes and assess impact on operations.

3. Compliance Tracking: Maintain a compliance system to monitor license status and expiry.

4. New Store Support: Coordinate with engineering and operations to secure all permits before store launch; Manage the critical path to avoid opening delays.

5. Risk & Inspection Management: Handle government inspections and violation notices. Implement corrective actions to minimize penalties and disruptions.

任职要求

1. Bachelor's degree or above; quick commerce or retail chain experience preferred.

2. 3+ years in license/permit management in Kuwait, familiar with local municipal, commercial, and food safety regulations.

3. Proven track record in obtaining commercial licenses, food permits, and fire safety approvals in Kuwait.

4. Strong relationships with relevant Kuwait government authorities preferred.

5. Bilingual in Arabic and English; Chinese is a plus.
