职位描述

1. Assist superiors in implementing company-related systems, processes, assessments, etc., and complete tasks assigned by superiors.

2. Ensure daily receipt tasks are completed on time and maintain quality.

3. Responsible for checking multiple products with suppliers and managing inbound and outbound quantities.

4. Responsible for the education, training, work planning, supervision, and implementation for department employees.

5. Ensure accurate handover of product specifications and quantities with upstream and downstream departments.

6. Handle any abnormal situations that occur during work.

7. Supervise safety and environmental hygiene within the department and work area.

8. Communicate with procurement and suppliers regarding delivery status to ensure timely receipt of goods.

任职要求

1. College degree or above, with knowledge of fresh products (fruits and vegetables, cooked food, aquatic products, seafood, meat, poultry, etc.); a major in food-related fields is preferred;

2. Over 3 years of experience in food manufacturing or fresh product processing industry operations management, familiar with B2B/B2C models in the fresh product industry, and familiar with production workflows for fresh products;

3. Strong team management and communication coordination skills, with excellent execution and implementation abilities;

4. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, proactive in continuous improvement, and seeking better solutions;

5. Proficient in using various computer office software, with good data analysis capabilities, and able to use office software proficiently;

6. Fluent in English, able to work efficiently in a multilingual work environment.
