Job Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the Kuwait City distribution center (DC), ensuring efficient and well-organized inbound, storage, picking, and outbound processes.

Lead and manage the warehouse operations team, allocate tasks effectively, monitor team performance, and drive overall operational efficiency.

Develop and enforce warehouse safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards, and preventing workplace incidents.

Optimize warehouse workflows, control operational costs, and improve inventory accuracy and order fulfillment speed.

任职要求

Job Requirements:

Associate degree or above, preferably in logistics, warehouse management, or a related field; English as a working language.

At least 3 years of warehouse management experience; experience in team management or large-scale warehouse operations is preferred.

Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and standard office software, with basic data analysis skills.

Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
