Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership: Define and implement long-term QA strategies aligned with business goals and customer needs.

2. QA Framework & Standards: Develop scalable frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality performance and operational compliance.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience in multi-regional environments. Partner with peers and key stakeholders to integrate QA efforts into business operations.

5. Performance Management: Set and track KPIs to ensure quality initiatives meet expectations.

6. Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of data-driven improvement, regular audits, and process evaluations to uphold high standards.

7. Change Management: Lead change efforts to adapt QA practices in line with evolving business needs.

6. Change Management: Experience in leading change and adapting strategies to business evolution.

7. Industry Know-How: Knowledge or certification of industry-specific standards (e.g. COPC, Six Sigma, ISO) with expertise in quality management frameworks and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).

2. 10+ years in QA

Language Skills:

1. Fluency in English and Chinese is required.

2. Additional 3rd languages (e.g. Arabic, Portuguese or Spanish) are a plus.

Travel: Willingness to travel internationally for business occasionally.
