职位描述

中文：

协助策略团队完成日常数据收集、整理与清洗工作，确保数据的准确性和完整性；

使用SQL进行数据查询、提取与分析，生成基础数据分析报表，支撑业务决策；

协助完成数据可视化工作，将分析结果以清晰、易懂的形式呈现；

配合团队完成其他与数据分析相关的辅助工作，参与简单的数据分析项目。

English：

Assist the Strategy team in daily data collection, collation and cleaning to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data;

Use SQL for data query, extraction and analysis, generate basic data analysis reports to support business decisions;

Assist in data visualization work and present analysis results in a clear and understandable form;

Cooperate with the team to complete other auxiliary work related to data analysis and participate in simple data analysis projects.

任职要求

中文：

学历要求：本科及以上在读，统计学、数学、计算机、信息管理、经济学等相关专业优先；

技能要求：熟练使用SQL，能够自主编写复杂查询语句，完成数据提取与分析；掌握基本数据分析方法，具备基础的数据敏感度；

语言要求：英语熟练，能够流畅阅读英文技术文档，具备基本的英文沟通能力；

实习时间：每周可实习5天，实习周期不少于3个月，能长期稳定实习者优先；

个人素养：工作认真负责、细心严谨，具备良好的逻辑思维能力和团队协作精神，积极主动，乐于学习新技能。

English：

Education Requirement: Undergraduate or above, major in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Economics or related fields is preferred;

Skill Requirement: Proficient in SQL, able to independently write complex query statements to complete data extraction and analysis; Master basic data analysis methods and have basic data sensitivity;

Language Requirement: Proficient in English, able to read English technical documents fluently and have basic English communication skills;

Internship Time: Able to intern 5 days a week, internship period of no less than 3 months, priority given to those who can intern stably for a long time;

Personal Qualities: Serious and responsible at work, careful and rigorous, with good logical thinking ability and team spirit, proactive and willing to learn new skills.
