职位描述

1）策略运营：负责业务的日常数据分析及播报，识别并同步短期的业务问题并跟踪落地改善

2）专题分析：参与业务专题分析，通过数据分析、现场陪访、对象调研，系统识别中长期问题并提出解决方案

3）工具建设：搭建并维护业务的运营工具体系，提升团队数字化运营能力。

Job Responsibilities:

1.Strategic Operations: Responsible for daily business data analysis and reporting, identifying and communicating short-term business issues, and tracking the implementation of improvements.

2.Thematic Analysis: Participate in business thematic analysis; systematically identify medium-to-long-term issues and propose solutions through data analysis, on-site joint visits, and target research.

3.Tool Development: Build and maintain the business operation tool system to enhance the team’s digital operation capabilities.

任职要求

1）有一线团队销售运营/项目运营工作经验；

2）有数据分析能力，熟练使用各项工具、具备SQL能力优先；

3）良好的沟通表达能力、协同合作能力、资源整合能力、主人翁意识；

4）具备较好的结构化思维、抓主要矛盾能力、善于思考及主动学习能力。

Job Requirements:

1.Experience in frontline team sales operations / project operations.

2.Data analysis capabilities; proficiency in various tools, SQL skills are preferred.

3.Excellent communication, collaboration, resource integration skills, and a strong sense of ownership.

4.Good structured thinking, ability to focus on core issues, proactive thinking and self-learning capabilities.
