KD Program Engineer

职位描述

1. Liaise with the Overseas Marketing Department to support the planning and strategy of overseas product portfolios, and assist in completing the initiation of KD (Knock-Down) projects. This includes coordinating with cross-functional departments to conduct negotiations on work division and planning with local partners in the early stage.

2. Manage the master plan of KD projects, assist in the full life cycle management of vehicle model projects, and establish a project progress tracking mechanism. Monitor market changes, assist in formulating strategy optimization plans, and collaborate with the product team to develop improvement and upgrading plans based on product performance and feedback.

Assist in advancing the local work scope undertaken by local resources to achieve overall collaboration across the entire business chain.

3. Manage the localization, production preparation and supply chain sectors, support product launch, and conduct evaluation and coordination on the delivery of work outcomes in these sectors.

4. Drive the progression of overseas KD projects from the G8 phase to G1 mass production phase in accordance with the GVDP (Global Vehicle Development Process) and KD project cooperation agreements.

5. Track the KD-related regulations and policies in the corresponding overseas regions, conduct timely analysis and evaluation, and implement the relevant outcomes in KD projects.

任职要求

1. Bachelor's degree or above (including the corresponding academic degree). Proficiency in the full-process management of vehicle development is preferred, or a strong willingness to learn is required.

2. Candidates with experience in plant construction projects, overseas localization management, or overseas KD project execution will be given priority.

3. Possess excellent negotiation skills, and candidates with strong negotiation and communication capabilities in dealing with foreign counterparts will be preferred.

4. Fluent in English listening and speaking, with the ability to use English as a daily working language; be willing to accept overseas business trips.
