业务分析师-TikTok生活服务 Business Analyst-TikTok Local Services

职位描述

1、深度融入快速发展的TikTok生活服务业务，理解TikTok平台模式及国际化市场环境，挖掘和洞察行业本质；从数据和策略角度出发，助力国际化生活服务业务长期增长；

2、基于行业认知和判断，主动识别业务痛点和机会点、基于专业分析提出可执行的业务策略方案，助力业务目标达成——包括但不限于行业/商家策略分析、达人/内容、产品/流量策略分析等；

3、与数据分析（DA）团队保持紧密协作，清晰定义数据分析需求，把关数据口径，且保障最终数据结论/洞察贡献到业务决策中。

1.Deeply integrate with the rapidly growing TikTok Local Service business, thinking from both strategic and Data perspectives to understand and discover the essence and patterns of business growth;

2.Proactively identify problems and business pain points, and provide business solutions and implementation plans to ensure sales performance achievement-including but not limited to industry, product or customer strategies;

3.Collaborate with the Data analysis team to communicate and coordinate analysis requirements, and data sources.

任职要求

1、本科及以上学历，优先考虑数学、统计学、经济学等相关专业背景；

2、2-3年以上战略咨询/商业分析/投资经验等、相关行业经验加分；

3、擅长处理复杂的内外部数据、具备基本的数据提取/清洗能力、且能够从数据结果中挖掘洞察；

4、学习能力强、对生活服务业务有热情；且能够快速适应工作环境。

优先条件

1、拥有“使命必达”的心态：能够保持高效的工作动力、迎难而上；

2、具备主动推进工作的能力：能够在较少指导下独立完成复杂分析任务、并清晰传递关键洞察；

3、中英文流利：能够在口头和书面表达中自由使用中/英文表达、确保团队内外高效沟通。

1.Bachelor degree or above;Math,Statistics,Economics majors are preferred;

2.2-3years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or investment; and relevant industry experience is a plus;

3.Excellent ability to extract, clean, and analyze complex internal and external Data sets and extracting insights from Data; and to independently output quality strategic solutions;

4.Fast learner, passionate about participating in business, and able to adapt to a work environment.

2.Possess a self-starter attitude:Be able to initiate and drive complex analysis to completion with minimal guidance while synthesizing and communicating insights effectively;
