车间维修技师(J10922)

职位描述

1) Comply with company rules and regulations, safety rules and service specifications, maintain company's interests.

遵守公司规章制度、安全准则和服务规范，维护公司利益。

2) Disassembly, measurement, cleaning and assembly of various pump types, and fill in the corresponding maintenance report.

各种泵型的拆检、测量、清理、装配等，并填写相应的维修报告。

3) During maintenance, collect key information, such as photos, video, etc for process records.

维修过程中，采集关键信息，如照片、影像等过程记录。

4) Failure cause analysis, solution proposal, etc.

故障原因分析、方案建议等。

5) MS maintenace, part machining, fitter repair etc, and related facilities use.

机封维修、零件加工、钳工修配等，及相关设备的使用。

6) Quality control to maintenance work.

维修质量控制。

7) EHS/5S management & control of working area under the jurisdiction.

所辖工作区域EHS/5S管控。

8) According to arrangement, participate in field service work.

根据安排，参与现场服务工作。

9) Annual brief summary.

个人年度总结。

10) Report to superior, and complete other temporary work assigned by the superior.

向上级汇报工作，完成上级安排的其他临时工作。

任职要求

1) Secondary technical degree or above (Major in Mechanics or Mechatronics, Fluid Mechanics is priority), electrician certificate preferred.

中技及以上学历（机械类或机电一体化专业，流体机械为佳），有电工证优先。

2) 3+ working experience in pump industry, possess service management experience of pump industry is priority.

3年以上泵行业工作经验，有泵行业服务管理经验为佳。

3) General machiniery industry, familiar with pump application, structure and theoretical knowledge, possess field service skills.

通用机械制造业，熟悉泵产品的应用、结构和相应理论知识，具备现场服务技能。

4) Responsible, self-motivated, teamwork spirit and professional ethics.

具有责任心、上进心、团队协作精神和职业道德。

5) Good computer skill (good command of Microsoft Office, cartographic software).

良好的电脑操作能力（熟练掌握Office软件、制图软件）。

6) Normal English skill.

具备一定的英语能力。

7) Customer-oriented working, Follow 5S/EHS management.

客户导向性工作方式，遵循5S/EHS管理。
