职位描述

1.1 Edit the network plan ,production process plan and Material plan reasonably ensure it be fulfilled on time

1.1 合理编制网络计划，生产计划和物料计划并确保其按期完成

1.2 To issue monthly and weekly plan and updated on time

1.2 发布月度计划和周计划并按时更新

1.3 Edit the production plan reasonably according to customers request and capacity to avaid imbalance capacity

1.3 根据客户要求结合产能负荷合理安排生产计划，避免车间因产能不均衡出现产能爆棚和放空现象

1.4 To make sure all points for each contracts are under control, if not, PMC should alert

1.4 落实每个合同各环节是否按计划实施，如和计划有偏差影响交期需及时预警

1.5 To handle emergency case for customer timely,eg: add emergency orders, contracts modification and contracts cancellation

1.5 及时应对客户特殊需求，如紧急加单，修改合同内容或取消订单

任职要求

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a mechanical-related field./ 本科及以上学历，机械相关专业优先；

2. More than 1 year of relevant work experience, or outstanding graduates of the class of 2026, with priority given to those with manufacturing internships./ 有1年以上相关工作经验，或优秀的2026届毕业生，有制造业实习优先；

3. Possess the ability to read mechanical drawings, able to understand blueprints, CAD skills preferred./ 具备机械图纸识读能力，能看懂图纸，会CAD优先；

4. CET-6 or above, able to communicate in spoken English./ 英语六级及以上，口语可交流；

5. Defined Competencies / 素质要求

Strong management &communications capability, team spirit, problem-solving skills, project management practice/管理与沟通能力， 具备团队工作精神， 解决问题能力， 项目管理
