职位描述

1）PA12:C20ion Major Responsibilities / 主要职责

1. Responsible for the localization of product from KSB-Germany, including the drawings, standards and technical documents.

负责德国KSB引进产品的国产化，包括图纸，标准及技术资料。

2. Responsible for the development of bareshaft pump, including preparing the drawings, standards and technical documents.

负责单泵头的开发工作，包括图纸，标准及技术资料的编制工作。

3. Responsible for the development of pump aggregate, including preparing and checking the drawings, standards and technical documents.

负责泵组的开发工作，包括图纸，标准及技术资料的编制和校对工作。

4. Prepare the ECR and ECN according to the process.

根据流程编制ECR和ECN。

5. Responsible for standardlization and modularization of the parts of related products.

承担相关产品的标准化和模块化工作。

6. Responsible for requesting to create/modify material and material BOM and ensure the quality.

负责申请创建/修改物料和物料BOM并保证其质量。

7. Prepare and check order BOM according to the process.

按流程编制，校对合同BOM。

8. Responsible for preparing, checking all the order, trading part, manufature related technical documentation and keep them in the archives.

负责编制，校对合同相关的、贸易件相关的、生产相关的技术文件并存档。

9. Manage the design process of order execution, including design input review and coordination of open issue of design input，control of design schedule and OTD of BOM and documentation.

管理合同项目设计过程，包括设计输入的评审及待定项跟踪协调和设计进度控制, BOM和资料的OTD控制。

10. Analyze and solve the problems in the job.

分析，解决工作过程中发现的问题。

11. Provide necessary technical support to sales, manufacturing, purchasing, inspection and service etc.

对销售、生产、采购、检验、售后服务等提供必要的技术支持。

12. Record the workload in CATS.

在CATS中记录工作量。

13. Prepare the standard document for design related parts.

编制设计相关零件的标准。

14. Attend and arrangement varied meetings, such as project kick off meeting and technical seminar etc.

组织，参加各类会议，例如项目启动会和技术交流会等。

15. Active all the technial jobs according to ISO 9001 and company's IMS.

根据ISO 9001和公司的IMS进行相关的技术活动。

2） Position Special Responsibilities / 特殊职责

1. Complete the tasks specified in product road map projects according to the requirement.

根据要求完成product road map 项目中定义的任务。

2. Support the tasks specified in the products‘ certification project according to the requirement.

为各类产品认证项目提供技术支持。

3. Training the others in the team, and test new process in the test system about PLM.

为小组内其它员工提供PLM相关的培训，并在测试系统完成新流程的测试。

4. Training the others in the team, and test new process in the test system about PP-BOM.

为小组内其它员工提供PP-BOM相关的培训，并在测试系统完成新流程的测试。

5. Training the others in the team, and test new process in the test system about MDM.

为小组内其它员工提供MDM相关的培训，并在测试系统完成新流程的测试。

任职要求

1) Education Experience & Certificates / 教育经历 & 证书要求

Bachelor Degree or above

本科以上学历

Major in Hydraulic Mechanical or related

流体机械专业或相关

2) Working Experience / 工作经验

3 years or above in mechanical design

3年或以上机械设计相关工作经验

3) Professional skill & Special skill / 专业技能和特殊技能要求

Skillful application and design of blade pump and relevant standards/能熟练应用、设计叶片泵及相关技术标准

Good English (reading, oral and writing) and computer (MS, UG and Mechanical Auto CAD etc.) skill

较好的英语（读、说、写）能力和计算机（MS, UG和机械Auto CAD等）操作技能
