职位描述

1. maintain and continuously improve IM System and nuclear quality assurance program (non-safety nuclear pumps).

维护与持续改进公司一体化管理体系与常规岛核电质量保证大纲；

2.Participate in various audit activities of the company, communicate with various departments, following up and verify audit findings; summarize and report the improvement status of audit findings;

参加公司各类审核活动，与各部门沟通、跟踪和验证审核发现；汇总和汇报审核发现改进状态；

3. be responsible for MBK/product certification programs.

负责公司相关MBK和产品认证项目；

4. offer related quality training.

提供相关质量培训；

5. be responsible for collection, sorting, and summarizing of the quality information.

公司质量信息的收集、整理与汇总；

6. be responsible for the CIP process.

负责公司持续改进项目的跟踪、验证管理；

7. be responsible for any assigned work of superior and 5S/EHS management.

上级指派的其它的工作和5S/EHS管理。

任职要求

1) Education Experience & Certificates / 教育经历 & 证书要求

Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in mechanical engineering or quality engineering is preferred.

本科及以上学历，机械工程或质量工程相关专业优先考虑

2) Defined Competencies / 素质要求

Thinking: planning and communication capability, team spirit, problem solving skills, customer and result orientated

philsophy, project management practice, change management, 5S/EHS management.

English, computer and SAP skilled; experience and knowledge of 5S/EHS/CSR management; 30% business trip.

英语熟练，能口语交流；熟悉常用办公软件和SAP，并具备5S/EHS/CSR知识与经验；30% 出差。
