Responsibilities

1. Responsible for monthly end-to-end payroll activities such as collating and validating inputs, outputs, and statutory reporting;

2. Participate in the improvement and implementation of payroll processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy;

3. Support payroll implementation in accordance with new policies or changes in laws and regulations;

4. Provide payroll reporting and analysis to the stakeholders and assist with internal and external audits;

5. Partner and work collaboratively with stakeholders to enhance the employee experience.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above;

2. Hands-on, strong data handling skills and the ability to work with large volumes of data accurately and efficiently.

3. A strong learning mindset and the ability to quickly learn new processes, systems and payroll regulations.

4. Thinks logically and approaches problems in a structured way

5. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Openness to embracing and leveraging AI tools;

2. Knowledge and experience in payroll & tax;
