Financial Risk Manager--Risk Management Dept

职位描述

--Assist in reviewing, monitoring and reporting financial risks’ status and mitigation plans, including but not limited to financial risk events and key risk indicators;

--Assist in the 1st-line departments’ financial risks self-assessment coordination, including monitor the implementation of risk mitigation plans;

--Coordinate and assisting in preparing the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) report;

--Assist in providing independent opinions on financial risk related initiatives, including product reinsurance, account receivable analysis, investment, business plan etc.

--Assist in reviewing effectiveness of 1st-line internal controls in financial risk management and performing internal control testing;

--Assist in involving regular risk reports preparation, so as to monitor the execution of the company Risk Appetite;

--Assist the maintenance and conduction of financial risk management policies, and monitoring the execution of relevant responsibilities;

--Assist in risk management and 3-line of defense culture promotion within the company and its subsidiaries.

任职要求

--Good knowledge in financial risk management for a life insurance company, product pricing and development;

Professional experience in international insurance companies is preferred;

--Degree in mathematics, actuarial science, statistics, accounting or risk management;

--Professional qualification in actuarial, finance or risk management area;

--4 to 6 years working experience in actuarial, investment, asset liability management, capital management or financial risk management;

--Able to work and make decisions independently;

--Possess strong communication skills, report writing (both Chinese and English), interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence at a senior level;

--Good at Excel;

--Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
