Reinsurance Business Support Specialist

职位描述

1. Maintain daily business channels, including but not limited to contact with China and overseas insurance brokers, reinsurers and captive insurance company;

2. Assist in preparing underwriting and quotation documents and placing proper reinsurance arrangement as needed;

3. Process policy wording and endorsement contracts to ensure accurate input into system. Coordinate with internal departments;

4. In charge of preparing and reviewing reinsurance slips, accounts and claims supporting documents. Follow up for timely submission of closing and accounting documents as well as premium and claim settlement.

任职要求

1. Hong Kong permanent residents or non-permanent residents but must hold a valid work visa (Top Talent Pass Scheme, IANG, Quality Migrants or Dependant, etc.)

2. Bachelor Degree holder in insurance, finance, law, economics or a related field.

3. Self-motivated, independent and with excellent interpersonal skills.

4. Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

5. Prior working experience in the finance or insurance industry is preferred.

6. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficient in Putonghua preferred.

7. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint.
