1. Desktop and system technical support, including:

Provide installation, configuration, troubleshooting and performance optimisation of operating systems and software/hardware for internal users.

Manage enterprise software licensing, driver updates and patch deployment (e.g. WSUS, ManageEngine).

Responsible for software/hardware asset management including equipment procurement, inventory, obsolescence, and maintenance record updates.

Write technical documents (e.g. system installation guide, application user manuals, asset management process).

2. Virtualisation platform management, including:

Maintain VMware vSphere/Nutanix virtualisation environment, including VM creation, migration, resource allocation and monitoring.

Formulate and implement backup policy for virtualisation platform and perform regular backups using Veeam tool.

3. network device management, including:

Perform basic router/switch/firewall configuration and maintenance.

Handle daily network connection problems.

4. Windows AD domain management, including:

Manage Windows Active Directory domain services including user/computer account management.

Configure and maintain Group Policy policies.

任职要求

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Network Engineering or related disciplines.

2. 5+ years of IT technical support related work experience with enterprise level environment maintenance capability.

3. Proficient in Windows Server and Linux system installation, administration and troubleshooting.

4. Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere or Nutanix virtualisation platform.

5. Experience with router/switch/firewall management (VLAN, ACL, static routing, firewall policy configuration).

6. Experience in IT asset management, including hardware maintenance, software licence tracking and asset inventory.

7. Good communication skills and high sense of responsibility.
